Pulver Crawford Munroe LLP is pleased to announce that well-known Victoria counsel, Mark Walsh, has joined the firm.
Mark articled and was an associate at a large Vancouver labour and employment firm before moving to Victoria to provide in-house services for the Greater Victoria School District in the areas of labour, employment, human rights, administrative, and privacy law. Mark also gained significant experience in collective bargaining and labour relations.
Mark was most recently the Secretary-Treasurer of the Greater Victoria School District, which provided him with a unique perspective on the needs of clients dealing with an array of operational, legal and human resource issues.
Mark regularly lectures on the topics of labour, employment, and privacy law for a number of organizations including UVIC. Mark is also active in the community and served on the Executive of the Freedom of Information and Privacy Section of the Canadian Bar Association – BC Branch, the UVIC Senate, and as a School Trustee.
