We provide our clients with advice and services in all areas of labour law, from a union’s organizing drive and certification campaign, to the maintenance of solid labour relationship with its workforce, and all matters in between.
Our goal is to provide timely, practical and cost effective advice with regard to union and employee relations, including performance and absenteeism issues, in order to enable our clients to focus on operating their business. When necessary, we represent clients at arbitrations and before provincial and federal labour relations boards. We also undertake or assist in collective agreement negotiations and provide contingency planning advice in the event of labour disputes.
