Megan Tweedie

Megan Tweedie is an associate lawyer with Pulver Crawford Munroe LLP. In her practice, she advises and represents employers and employees on all aspects of the employment relationship.

Megan has experience in a range of labour and employment matters, including employee terminations, wrongful dismissal actions, human rights claims, policy reviews, employment agreements, statutory compliance and privacy issues.

Megan works closely with her clients to resolve issues quickly and efficiently. She creates effective, practical solutions to problems and provides strategic advice to prevent disputes before they arise. Megan also has litigation experience and has represented clients before the B.C. Provincial Court, the B.C. Supreme Court, and the B.C. Court of Appeal. She has also successfully represented clients in Employment Standards and Human Rights matters, and in mediation.

Megan received her law degree from the University of Toronto in 2010. Prior to joining Pulver Crawford Munroe, she practiced labour and employment law and commercial litigation at a large national firm, where she also completed her articles.
